The Endeavor to Delta Flight Attendant Pathway Program is an exciting new opportunity for interested and eligible Endeavor Air flight attendants who wish to pursue a career as a Delta flight attendant.
Endeavor and Delta’s Flight Attendant Talent Acquisition Teams have partnered to create the EDV/DL Flight Attendant Pathway Program as a way to present high quality candidates to Delta who meet the program’s eligibility requirements.
The EDV/DL Flight Attendant Pathway Program is an opportunity for interested and eligible Endeavor flight attendants to apply for and become a Delta flight attendant.
The program allows eligible candidates who meet the established high performance criteria to begin the Delta hiring process at Delta Event Day in Atlanta. Eligible candidates are top performers in customer service, and meet required longevity, credit hours, and performance criteria.
The number one purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity for the many Endeavor flight attendants who aspire to work for our mainline carrier. Endeavor flight attendants are trained in Delta’s brand behaviors and are excellent candidates to become Delta flight attendants.
There are many operational benefits of the program as well. Endeavor can help Delta in their recruitment efforts to hire exceptional flight attendants, and Endeavor can attract new flight attendant candidates to our operation who may be interested in eventually working at Delta.
Candidates who apply to Delta directly must complete several recruiting steps, including an initial application review, talent assessment, virtual job tryout, and virtual interview.
Endeavor candidates who meet the high performance criteria and apply through the Pathway Program are considered to have met these initial steps of the Delta hiring process through their eligibility requirements and experience at Endeavor.
Eligible candidates can also take advantage of optional interview skills training provided by Endeavor.
