As a student, there are a variety of ways to become involved at Endeavor. Through our STEP and AMP programs, you'll have access to our Pilot and Tech Ops team, who will check in on your progress, answer your questions, and help make sure you stay on track to achieving success. We also offer internships based out of Endeavor's headquarters that will give you first-hand experience in the aviation industry.

Join our Aviation Maintenance Pathway (AMP) Program to start your journey to becoming an Endeavor AMT. Through AMP, we help students stay on track to achieving success.
Endeavor offers a variety of internship positions that will integrate knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills in a professional workplace.
If you are currently a student at a flight school, but not at one of our partner schools, you would be considered a non-STEP student.
