THE ROLE OF A FLIGHT ATTENDANT

A flight attendant is primarily responsible for: 

SAFETY:  Safety is our #1 priority on ALL Endeavor flights. Flight attendants ensure the safety of our customers, fellow crew members, and themselves.

SERVICE: We expect our flight attendants to deliver excellent customer service and hospitality “from the heart,” demonstrating a graciousness that will be remembered by our customers

 

 

 

How many flights can I expect to fly on a typical day?

The number of flights will vary based on the trip assigned. However, as an Endeavor flight attendant, you can expect to fly from one to six flights in a day.

 

 

 

How many days off do I get?

Flight attendants receive a minimum of 11 days off per month.

 

 

 

As a flight attendant on reserve, how much time do we spend away from base?

Time away from home varies depending on the trip assigned. As a reserve flight attendant, you could be assigned a one (1) to five (5) day trip.

 

 

 

How many hours am I required to be available per month while on reserve?

• Home reserve days are 14 hours

• Ready reserve days are 8 hours at the airport and can be extended to 14 hours if given a flight assignment.
